Incoming call rejected

I am trying to get direct inbound calls working. Any ideas?

Hi,

you didn't say how you configured this incoming provider/line. What template did you choose, what options did you set.

Basically the message appears to say that 3CX wasn't able to determine which of your configured providers was the "source" of this incoming call.

Normally 3CX will try to match up the "ID" or "external number" of the line you configured with the user part (the part before the "@") of the INVITE request or the Contact header. In my case an external call from 201 888 9999 was received by my VOIP provider and they sent it from their IP address ww.xx.yy.zz to my IP address aa.bb.cc.dd.

In my 3CX system I have a line configured with the ID (external number) of 12019349411. 3CX finds a match and now knows which provider/line configuration to use to route the call.

In YOUR case, the default settings would apparently look at "101" or "0123456789" and try to find a matching line ID and fails.

However, it's kind of hard to tell because we don't know what zzzz.org.uk is, what 2xx.1xx.5.1xx is and what aaaaaaa.org.uk represents and whether this a call through VOIP provider, or a call coming in through a PSTN gateway, or from an extension and what the ip addresses/names of those components are.
