Hello!
We can dial out by VoIP client throug TAPI from Outlook and from our CRM. But we dont get an incoming signaling to our CRM software. In this directon the CRM should open the cutomer data which is assigned to the incoming phone number.
Should this feature alreday be available in the BETA 3?
