Incoming call to extension based on caller id?

Hi!

Is it possible to route an incoming call to a specific extension based on the caller id?

Lets say someone calls me from number 08123456 = route to ext 200
Lets say someone calls me from number 08987654 = route to ext 201

Hi,

Yes this is quite easy to setup via the incoming call rules and if you have several DDIs from a single VOIP provider trunk you just need to configure this in 3CX so it knows to which extension these should be delivered.

Hmm ..... I only have 1 incoming provider ... is that possible to do that in that case?

Have all calls go to a dummy extension before defaulting to a ring group or DR. An extension, in Version 8 , has options to route/reject calls based on caller ID.
