Incoming call when the line is busy

Hi,

I want to know who is calling me, when I am calling with someone else at the same time.
I already marked the option "Accept multiple calls". But when the 3rd person wants to call me (if my line is busy) gets immediately info that Line is busy and he is getting disconnected. I don't see his phone number on my display.

Could you please confirm which endpoint you are using? Additionally, is this behavior happening in both the Web Client and the Softphone?

What do you mean "Endpoint"?
I use desk phone - Fanvil

An endpoint can be the Web Client (computer), the 3CX Softphone/Desktop App, or an IP Phone such as your Fanvil.

Since you are using 3CX V20, could you please check whether the same issue occurs when using the Web Client or Softphone/Desktop App? Specifically, when you are on a call and receive a second incoming call, do you see the call waiting notification and caller ID, or is the caller immediately presented with a busy signal?

This will help us determine whether the issue is related to the Fanvil phone itself or to the extension/3CX configuration.

I tried also with the 3CX App on Windows PC (ver. 5.5 Build 1096). It is the same behavior. In the app I cannot see that another call in parallel is incoming. Also, as a "second" caller I get notification that the phone is busy and im being disconnected.
