Hi guys,

I'm a newbie.
I have configured the inbound rules route to the extension.
I don't understand why the inbound call automate route ti the operator number (000).

Can someone help me, what the step I need to do?

Thanks so much!

Hi @Hoang Pham

This is probably because you have extension 000 set as the destination of the main trunk number in your trunk settings. So a call comes in and that call does not match any inbound rule so its routed to the main trunk number destination.
The reason why the inbound rules are not matched usually has to do with wrong number formatting. That means that you have added your numbers in 3CX in one format but your provider is using a different format to send you the numbers. So for example you are using a local format to add your numbers (0123456789) but your provider us sending the numbers in the E164 format (+44123456789).
So check the activity log to see what number format the provider is using and convert your DIDs to match that format. Alternatively you could convert your numbers using a wildcard to match all formats.

So from 0123456789 convert the number to *123456789 so it matches all formats. This way 3CX will only try to match digits that come after the "*" character.
