Hi, i have an issue with my inbound calls from Asterisk which is managing by another company and seeking help!
the Asterisk side sends me Number 10100 through a registered SIP Trunk, DID (*100) is added in SIP settings and the inbound rule is in place which is transferring the call to an extension.
what happen is the call does not reach the extension and get dropped immediately.
Activity Log says: "[Form] target endpoint for 10100 cannot be built!"
Call Log Shows the call as not unanswered in the Talking field and 10100 in To: Field
There is no problem with the outbound calls to Asterisk Side on the same SIP Trunk and it works fine.
I also modified the destination extension of the inbound rule and still not working.

Use a master bridge and register the Asterisk to it. This way, you don't need rules for direct extension calling, the bridge already does that.

Can you confirm that 10100 being sent as a DID number, so that it can be used by the DID rule? As suggested, a Bridge trunk is probably the way to go.

The Problem Just Resolved.
By changing the call source identification value in inbound parameters tab to contact: host part,
Thank you for your help.

Just wanted to add that that "contact: host part" is the default value for Call Source identification when creating a Generic >> Asterisk SIP Trunk. That said, if you face any other issues regarding this SIP Trunk in the future, I would recommend first recreating it without making any changes to it.
