I've just recently began playing around with 3cx free edition v9 and am having an incoming call issue. I've searched other threads and haven't found an answer that has worked for me. Before I explain what the issue is I'll give some background info on my setup. I'm testing 3cx free at home with Cablevision as an ISP. I use dyndns.org since I do not have a static IP WAN address. Skype Connect is being used as a SIP trunk (one online phone number and one channel). Everything on the Skype end is configured correctly and tested to be working properly. I have 3cx phone system setup on a Windows 7 Ultimate desktop (has local static IP assigned to it). Ports 3478, 5060, 5480-5488, and 9000-9049 are forwarded to the 3cx computer. I ran the firewall checker in 3cx and everything passed. I've setup 2 extensions (one a Linksys SPA941 IP Phone and one the 3cx softphone on my laptop).
Now here is my issue. Everything works fine except for incoming calls. After initial setup incoming calls did not work, they work rejected by 3cx after the second ring and hung up on. I then made a few changes regarding DID number and then incoming calls began working. I have not made any changes since then and now the incoming calls are back to the square one with calls being rejected and hung up on after the second ring. I have made a copy of the log report from 3cx. This is the log report (the x's are used for security reasons:
