Incoming Calls Reports by DID numbers possible?

Hi,

I'm kinda new to 3cx and am transitioning from an old keyphone system to 3cx

My current setup is such that I have the following:
1) SIP trunk for outgoing calls
2) GSM gateway with 2 SIM cards for incoming calls (24/7)
3) PSTN gateway with 4 incoming DID lines

We're in the process of transitioning from the DID lines to the SIP trunk but most of our clients only know our DID pilot line with it's 3 other auxiliary lines.So there are a lot of incoming call from here.

We want to monitor incoming calls by each DID number so we'll know the load on that specific number and when we can discontinue it. Also we would like to inform those clients still calling those lines via a monthly SMS blast of the new number change.

Where would I find such reports and if not, is it possible for us to make direct queries to 3cx database to access such info?

Would appreciate any feedback on this.

Hi Ryan,

You can create and run a Trunk / DID report and choose your gateway under "Add Trunks". This should show you DID number and how many calls it's received.

Thanks for the reply VasilisV_3cx.

But I was hoping for something more detailes. eg. all the individuals numbers calling in so we can send SMSes to them informing them of our change of contact numbers besides the total calls per sip trunk (which I will also need)

Also when I use a 4 port PSTN gateway, I can't seem to differentiate the 4 DID lines coz 3cx sees it as a singular device. So I won't actually be able to see which DID line is carrying the heavier load.

I thought I could split the DID lines from the 4 port PSTN gateway into 4 different queues, so at least I could receive call logs from each queue (meaning each DID line) but I don't see an option to have this done.

Hi Ryan,

This definitely can be done. If you're using, for example, a Patton FXO then you can find a guide here on how to set it up (scroll to the bottom). If you're using a non-supported FXO you can create your own template to incorporate this.
