Hello, I have the same extension shared between a web client and the mobile phone.
Sometime incoming call to the mobile number (private calls), are redirected to the extension, in this way:
- the mobile phone rings normally, displaying the calling number
- after the call, I see no incoming nor outgoing call in the call log of the mobile phone
- I see an incoming call in the 3cx app call log
- in the mobile phone operatore, i see a charged outgoing call to the public number (PSTN) of 3cx pbx

I don't want private call are redirected to pbx, and I do not want to be charged for incoming call.

Is there any featured of 3cx to disable ?

Thank you

Hello,

It's not very clear that I understood what you mean so I would suggest to make it a bit simpler:

GSM Calls = Calls that go to your SIM card operator - completely unrelated to 3CX
SIP Calls = Calls that come from your PSTN/SIP provider or from other 3CX extensions, going to your 3CX app.

If GSM Calls are redirected to the extension, it means that you have forwarded calls from your SIM Operator, to your SIP/PSTN DID. This is not related to the PBX at all, you need to disable the forwards from your SIM card operator.

If your SIM Operator shows a call towards the PSTN number, then it means the phone is making that call. The 3CX app cannot make SIM operator calls at all, it does not have access to your SIM card.

I hope this makes it a bit more clear, let me know if you have any more questions or clarifications.

Probably you're right, it's was a call forward set to the SIM operator (it wasn't so easy to check)!
Thank you
