Solved Incoming Fax Sometimes Page Cut Off

We are having an issue where sometimes the incoming fax PDF is cut off (see attached). Any ideas?

The issue is not unheard of as faxing can be "temperamental", but, more information , about your system, and how you receive a fax, might help.

Using version 16.0.8.9 and Fax Server with the beta Enable G.711 to T.38 Fallback on. Using Skyetel SIP trunk with Inbound Rule route to Sent fax to xxx (fax server extension). I have only received a half-dozen faxes so far, but half of them have a page or two cut off. Would any other details be useful?

So g.711 to t.38 fallback should be off as Skyetel does support T.38. I would start there.
