Dear Team,
Can you please advice, we use 1 ISP with 7 numbers. All reports are Good, until we do this:

like 111111111 ,111111112, 1111111113 ... as an example

  1. We create incoming rule: if DID number 111111111 is called, please route to call queue: 8000. We nate this rule "advanced route"
  2. all others (6 numbers) go to general receptionist 8500

now if we want to get reports who called us for (6) numbers i do

1) Report from external numbers to extension 8500
I get full report with caller id numbetrs who called me

2) But if i select the same report but choose
Report from external numbers to extension 8000

in caller id field everywhere i have "advanced route" instead of number of my client

Can you please advise, if you have the same issue
Thanks

And if you remove the name you added? Or...shorten it to AR?

Hello, the same
I have changed from "advanced route" to "GC" now in caller id:

:GC (@(Ln.10002@Trunk_to_SIP))

2) But if i select the same report but choose
Report from external numbers to extension 8000
Is it extension 8000, or a Queue 8000?

Queue 8000, in report you can select it as extension 8000 (as queue is a virtual extension)

Anyone has the same issue?
