incoming SMS sends email Notification

How can we setup a email notification that a text is received?

From the PBX side it is not possible to sent an email notification for an SMS. The notification is received in the Web Client, Desktop App or Mobile Apps.

Is there a list of SMS application providers that work with 3CX and Flowroute. I am testing out Textable and I like that I have the webhook pointed to the 3CX and Textable can use the api token to send messages but doesnt receive them. Looking for others that support the same type of setup.
