I did a fresh install of 3CX and noticed something odd. Whenever I call from my android cell into the IVR and dial an extension, the 3CX softphone on Windows shows "Incoming Video Call" and has answer with video or audio. Clicking video answers it like a normal audio call. If I call a DID directly or a queue etc it just says "Incoming call" as normal. Any idea why it does this or how to fix since I don't want my users confused thinking it's an actual video call coming in when it isn't. Thanks!

Who is your (I assume SIP) provider, who is the mobile provider?
Does it only do this from your Mobile, any ones else's (same mobile provider?) or any other phone?
What happens if you block your Caller ID?
Does an incoming call from your mobile, and another number show anything different other than Caller ID? Might require Wireshark for details, but Activity Log set to verbose may show something in the header.

On the trunk going to IVR, under options tick ' Disallow video calls'

Hello @checkinyyz

This could be caused because your provider supports video and sends video codecs in the Invite. If you disallow video calls from the trunk settings as @Saqqara suggested should solve the issue.
