Hi all,
we noticed that in the Webclient, the names of callers is not consitent in the webclient.
Sometimes the names are shown as lastname, firstname and sometimes as firstname lastname.
On my account I even have a missed call froma person shown as firstname lastname and then an hour later I have a call that I answered from the same person, where the name is shown as lastname, firstname.
In the 3CX Windows App all calls are correctly shown with lastname, firstname.
All of the affected entries are from internal users.
Has anyone else encountered this before?
