Solved Incorrect URL generation

Hello

Have installed 3CX and connected to Bitrix24 CRM according documentation.
The only problem is Contact card popup function.
When a customer calls, web client generates a "https://bitrix24.com //crm/ user=306" link, instead of "https://bitrix24.com /crm/ user=306" link.
and I get an error from CRM, because of course, it can't recognize double slash in url address.

How can I correct this problem?

When I am testing this feature in SETTINGS, I get a correct link, with 1 "/crm" string, but in real conditions application passing "//crm" URL

Hi!

I think it might be best to talk with the 3CX Support Department.

I just tried on a v18 Update 3 with a test Bitrix account and it seems to work fine.
Just make sure though that your 3CX is on V18 Update 3.

Hello @Hayk7,

In order to solve this you will need to do 2 things:
1) In the 3CX Management Console > Settings > CRM > Bitrix, configure the Domain as:
https://YOUR_ID.bitrix24.com

and NOT:
https://YOUR_ID.bitrix24.com/

2) Once you do this, go to the 3CX Management Console > Advanced > Contacts > Bulk Delete > Delete CRM Contacts.

Thanks @edossantos! I've configured 1st step previously,
Now deleting CRM contacts solved the problem!
