Incorrect user rights

Hi,

When I switch the rights in group from Manager to User, the user continues to work with Manager rights and he can manage another users.
Is this a bug?

3CX 18.0 Update 4 (Build 965)

Users have the following rights:

- Can see group members
- Show presence to group members
- Show calls to group members

What do you mean "can manage other users still"?

Does the user have System Admin rights?

Yes, the user can manage queues (login, logout, can see group calls etc.). Also he can intercom and so on.

If that is the case then you should remove the user as queue manager.
Call queues - the queue-notifications <- is where you set the queue manager if thats indeed the issue that you are experiencing.

If they are in multiple groups, they can intercom if one of those groups give them the right.

He is in one group with disabled intercom.

When looking at user rights , is "Can Intercom" disabled on all groups he is in?
Also check all the roles this person has in the groups he is in.
