I feel like I have read all the previous discussions which talk about the Windows app, volume, volume mixer, loudness setting when in windows. And also when using the mobile apps, iOS/Android.
But, my users are still saying the call volume, and hearing the other end seems low.
Using 2x SIP trunks, one that we had on old system and one that is new for us. The previously used trunk people said was louder on the old system, the new one too but as that is changing carriers/type of connectivity I'm excluding from comparison.
So I know on our old hardware PBX it had in its settings various volume/gain settings that could be adjusted, does anything like that exist under the hood of 3CX?
Or is there any other way to increase the volume being heard a little more?
