i have a bad echo on my line only when i try and dial out dose any body know what the indanpendance is for the uk so i can set up my grandstream fxo gatway?

For Linksys PAP2 my manual says "FXS Port Impedance: 370+620||310nF" - hopefully there is a comparable setting in your adapter. You will also need to tweak Gain settings for echo.

P.S. The value given above is UK specific I believe.
