Solved Individual DDI is not working

Hi All,

I have new Multitenant PBX installed.

The issue here is Main SIP trunk is working but i have couple of Individual DID numbers are not working , by default pointing to default route.

I have more than 25 more PBXs which worked perfectly, All the trunks on generic SIP Trunk works fine.

One different I can see between working and non working on multitenant, doesn't support (Asterisk) *122334 , I need to add ISD code +353(Ireland) example,

Could any one help here, please?

If you go to "DID Numbers" under the trunk have you assigned the DIDs to a destination?

So your DIDs are assigned to a destinaion now? an extension or whatever?


sounds like maybe the INVITE format is incorrect.

can you run a wireshark, perform a test and check the invite?

DID is assigned correctly, I believe the problem here is the DID number is not talking with *
see the image attached.

Just in case PBX is multitenant.

You will need to add the DID number in the exact format the provider is sending the number. Have a look at a wireshark capture of an incoming call and see in which format the number is coming in the "TO" field. Then add that as the DID.

Ditch the + sign. The INVITE is coming in to 353 as the beginning of the number. You are looking at the diaplay name field, not the actual host part which is what is being used to route the call.
