Hello everyone, and good day. I just put my first 3CX system into service, but the company employees have one important concern, and that is there seems to be no ability to logon and logout of individual queues; the software does an all-in or all-out aproach.

My setup has 3 call queues, and if someone knows a way to accomplish this without giving them the admin password to the web interface so they can add and remove people at will, I would be extremely happy.

Otherwise - love the systems through and through.

The number of extensions is not limited in our system. You can create as many as you need. In your case you can create three "extensions" and add them as members of different queues. Configure those accounts on your phone and you will have separate login/logout for the queue...

By the way, there is a hint for a good idea in your post. Thanks a lot :)

Great, I see the logic now - I think that will work out very well. Thank you for the response.
