Initial Greeting > Then calling group.

Hi Everyone
Just wondering the best way to make the system auto answer the call with an initial custom greeting message i.e "Thanks for calling ACME group, a consultant will be with you shortly...." then the call automatically rings the selected ring group..?

You can send the call through a digital receptionist, with no options, and then send it to a group after a time out of 1 second.

The recommended way to do this however, is by using the queues, which has a built in functionality for intro prompts
