Hello everyone

We have a 3cx on Cloud LINUX:

Our CRM is a custom CRM (LAMP) and is is not on the list of supported CRM's for which we initially wrote a feature to call an external number,
and extension and log the call in our application log using 18.0 (Build 418)

Can someone tell me how is the best way to initialise a call via API (Extension, External number, Outbound Caller ID)?

Thnx a lot

There's no API in 3CX to initiate a call, and even if you use a Dialer with MakeCall (which is not meant for this), you wouldn't be able to control the caller ID.

Also, LAMP just means "Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP". It's not a software or a framework or anything lol it's a stack.

Hello and thnx a lot for you reply.

Does it mean that we cannot implement such an action. (Trigger)

And yes LAMP is a stack. (it was just TAG to know with what stack the CRM is build).

...

That is correct this will make the number clickable and send it to the 3CX Desktop App or Web Client.
But there is no other dialer that can be integrated with the 3CX CRM

Thanks for replying

The idea is to build an API to trigger via PHP File.
