I have a question 3cx from my side has a version



18.0.9.31



appeared to me in the admin that there was a new update to ver



( 18.0.9.35 )







First, I want to know whether this definition is safe, so I can install it directly Secondly,





what if I do not update the version and make it the current version? Will any services be affected?

Hello , you ask if it's safe about what exactly? V18 is no more up to date even in V18.0.8.35 now V20U4 is.
So for sure you need to update almost latest V18 release to be able to push V20.

Actually no more support is delivered from 3CX for V18,

First of all I would like to thank you for answering my question

To clarify I mean is the new version provided by you and it is

18.0.9.35 is safe so that I download and install it directly without trying it




And clarify the other question

If I stay on the current version, I will lose support from your side, but what about the services, will they remain working as long as I renew them on time, and is it at the renewal date leaders, can I renew on the current version, or must I update before renewal?

Yes 18.0.9.35 is safe and released by 3CX, and you can update without any issues. We did a lot of updates without any problems.

To clarify, i'm not 3CX Staff , so you won't lose anything from me , i'm only a 3CX partner, yes as said in previous answer from JED no problem with latest V18 update. but if you stay in V18 some features may not continue to work after few months like push for apps if I remember well .
