AS i live in UAE and i want to use the 3CX SYSTEM . SO I AM NOT SURE WHAT THE BEST FOR CALLING CONNECTION STABILITY AND BETTER VOICE
(PHONE) WITH ANDRIOD VERSION OR (LAPTOP) WHICH IS BETTER ! FOR COMPANY USING FOR THE TEAM TO CALL AND RECIEVE CALLS FROM THE CLIENTS .

This always depends on your needs. 3CX is offering all the solutions and you can decide accordingly.
For example, one user can have an ip phone or the Web Client or Desktop App in the office and use the mobile app when out of office, but still this depends on the use you want to implement.
