Hi,

I have installed 3CX free version (debian) on a machine and it works fine. But if there isn't ant internet connection to it, my phone would display 'connecting..' like forever. Can I installed a working version of 3CX on a non-internet connected network?

I was trying to setup a test version of 3CX system on a stand alone network (no internet connection, just the server, a switch, an access point and a sip phone; all configured with static private ip, 192.168.0.XXX). I am going to used this for marketing purpose and it needs to be mobile)

Any suggestion?

Hello @suhardimohd

If set up correctly you will only need internet for the initial configuration and the activation. After that the phones will register to the local IP of the PBX and should be working fine given everything is assigned a static IP.

Ensure the phones are not using an FQDN which might not be accessible when there is no DNS Server found.
