Installing 3CXDesktop APP Windows Server 2012 R2 RDS

Hi Team,

Having trouble installing 3CXDesktop APP via Installing Application On Remote Desktop Server.

I get 2 error. Warning 1946 Property System App User Model Toast Activator CLSID for shortcut 3cx desktop app ink and Discardvirtualmemory error.

Has anyone seen this before and how to fix????

The desktop app was installed fine on it last year until we removed it.

Version = 3CXDesktopApp-18.13.949

Hi Charles, thanks for that. We have already tried this with no luck. The installer throws the errors that were attached in first post. Hope you can help.

Hi there. I have just noticed that the server you are installing this on is not supported for the new versions of 3cx.

Please see the supported OS versions for the 3CX system and related products.
