Hello,
We have accidentally deleted our 3cx instance file which was hosted at Google Cloud.
Now we have created a new instance but we realize that our IP phones will not work since they are not "Router phones" unless we install an SBC server somewhere.

We do not want to install it on a PC.
We want to use Google Cloud for that as well.
Do you think it's a good idea? how would that be done ?

I know the answer to my next question is no, but is there a way to downgrade back to V18?
Is there a way that we can use non Router phones without an SBC?
Thank you.

SBC needs to be on the local LAN. Defeats the purpose putting it in the cloud.

You can do a Site to Site VPN from the location to GC
