Installing from Debian ISO on a Headless Machine Via Console

Documentation indicated that the 3CX PBX could be installed anywhere Debian 10 could be installed. However, I don't see any instructions for headless machines. I have a DB9 serial port available on a PC Engine APU4D4 System Board.

Not familiar with PC Engine but if you can't write the official ISO to a USB Drive and boot from it, an un-supported method is manually adding the 3CX repo's, and then running apt install 3cxpbx to install.
