Solved Instance Hosted by 3CX no longer available

We have a similar issue where our 3CX instance has disappeared due to inactivity. The last backup (to iteself) was 7th Feb 2021 so it was working then. This machine had been idle but is now ready to go live. We had configured it somewhat and I would appreciate if you can get it running again I'll PM the license key is possible?

@coroffice you have not sent us your key which you reported that has an issue.
If your machine has been removed due to inactivity ( check below ) this means your key has been reset and you can host again your key with 3cx for the remaining time of this key.
