instance manager not display new istance

I've deployed a new pbx with trial pro key (in a few days i'll convert to commercial pro key) in a debian os (3cx iso).
I've linked to my partner account and I've enabled the instance manager role but this installation does not appear on my partner page under instance section.
There is some log somewhere?
