Hi All,

So from within the old (https://customer.3cx.com/) customer portal it was possible to check the instance manager and to mass-update the PBX's.
In the new portal (https://portal.3cx.com/) i am missing this option.

The only thing i see there is a big page designed for sales, with our current partner level, which i don't think is needed there as a landing page....
From there i can go to our total installs and see what is outdated and not. Also i see registration information and partner details, which ofcourse is ......us.

So were in the new beta portal i can find the old, loved instance manager :).

Kind Regards,

Maurice

Instance manager has been retired

You can try out PBXMonitor.net by @BrenttG.

It does a LOT more than Instance Manager ever did.
I've seen that one before. Might try it out.
But the 3CX instance manager was a part of it, so no extra costs.

It's all about the money, you know ;)

To help people out who were using the Instance Manager, we are offering a special discount that lasts for the life of your account, meaning a permanent discount based on quantity, as well as a 3 month free trial, just contact us and we would be more then happy to make a deal you are happy with. Drop us an E-Mail at [email protected] and reference this forum post.

Since manual updates don't install any Debian (security) updates, it would be useful to have a way to toggle on/off the automatic update. Does your software happen to do that?

Alternatively 3CX added a "monthly" update option in 18u4.

Actually it does, that is newer and is not shown in the Demo on our website however.

Then use 3CX Hosted. We do the hosting and management at an unbeatable price.

Thanks for the response, but your screen cap shows backup, not 3CX updates? :)
