Solved Instance Up, but no access through URL...

Good Morning!

I have a pro instance I just spun up about 2 weeks ago. I got a call this morning saying the phones showed offline. I tried to login to the URL and it would not show a login page. I checked my account and it shows it is up and running. I have tried multiple browsers just to make sure. All my other instances are working and I can get access to them. Any ideas?
