Solved Instance wont reboot

I'm in the instance manager and i'm trying to reboot the machine but it doesnt appear to be doing anything..

Also, services wont restart either.

but on the same instance i cannot log in to the mgmt console from any other location than the whitelisted IP I specified pre moving it to 3CX Hosted.

I suspect that when I moved from on-prem to 3CX hosted, it has retained the allowed IP for mgmt console list - can you confirm this is the case?

PM me your key to check it.
Also ensure that the FQDN Resolves to the hosted ip address.
Because if you still have your Private one active ( shut it down ) this can trigger the FQDN to point to the old ip and not the new one.
