Hi,
I have configured two dummy extensions that forward incoming calls in series. I have configured both dummy accounts, in combination with a real extension/account, on one phone. This way I can switch accounts and enable DND. This then redirects incoming calls to a custom IVR. The problem is that, since the two extensions are in series, the incoming calls always come through the dummy extensions first. And since these dummy extensions are configured on an actual extension that is being used, every call that comes through rings for about one second. This of course is really annoying and I wonder whether I can lower the forwarding time to less than a second. This way the phone doesn’t ring when a call comes through.
