Is it posible to integrate my outbound dialer with a external credit app. This app exposes a HTTP page with all customer information.
So I need at the momento to receive a call, 3CX must load the url, with the customer parameters:

http://ipadd/Operations/Collection?idClient={0}&telephone={1}&idCampaign={2}&gc={3}

The authentication is not required,

Which are the steps, to get it done

Thanks

Hello @Welmer Cruz,

You need to create a CRM template to do this. Please check the following guide:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/crm-integration/

When 3CX receives a call from an external line, it will connect to your CRM and query the contact details for the caller number. The contact will be inserted in 3CX Contacts, and when the call is sent to the agent who is using the 3CX Web Client, the contact URL retrieved will be automatically poped in a new browser tab.

Kind regards.

Can i use a different parameter instead of the phone number, for looking up the contact with CRM templates.
My credit app is expecting a client id as parameter for getting a match, and the phone number is going to be stored in the application.

No, CRM templates search contact details using the caller number.

Thanks edossantos,

Do you know any alternative to do that ? :

Be able to load and popping and external web url up from within the dialer flow.

Maybe using API code or any other tools,

Best regards,

Welmer

I haven't actually used this, but it might be possible with the Call Flow Designer
From what I know you could request a user enter some information (Client ID) then have this execute some sort of external process?

I´m using the CFD, but i have not found a component that load and popping a url page up,

Is there any option to use API code ?? and What class do you recomend me to use.

The CFD app runs on the server. You can't pass information to the agent PC.

Using a server side CRM template you can search for a contact and return a URL to popup the contact on the agent PC, but the information you have is the caller number, not a customer ID. You need something else to convert the caller number into a customer ID...

Thanks edossantos,

We are going to explore other posibilites to convert PhoneNumber into IDClient
