We usually build mobile apps on ios and android. Is there any way to integrate our mobile apps with 3CX hosted PABX ?

Our intention is, we use an API in out custom ios or android apps, so what they behave as an end point for SIP, just like any other soft phone. We dont want to run any other mobile app in the background.

I'm not sure to understand what you need, but if you just want to develop a softphone, you can connect to 3CX using standard SIP and RTP, no matter where the 3CX server is located.

sorry for my grammatical mistakes in my first message which caused you problem to understand my question.

That's correct we need to build a Softphone which will run in our custom mobile apps in an integrated way. For example, suppose we have developed a custom app where user can input his feedback and upload some documents, and if he wants to make a call while providing the input, the custom app should have an option to allow the user to generate an outgoing call.

For this purpose, we require some sort of API / framework which can handle calls using SIP and RTP in our custom mobile apps. Do you provide any such API for developers? If not, which third party API we can use for this purpose?

3CX does not provide any SDK for this. They have their own app which uses the 3CX Tunnel to encrypt the SIP flow and audio. This app is the recommend way to go.

In your case, if you need custom stuff on the mobile app, there's docs for Android here: https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/connectivity/sip

Can't say for iOS. It's a tricky platform. I'd stick to Android for a custom app like this.
