Hi,

We currently have an existing Panasonic pbx tda30 fitted with a ip gw4 network card. Planning on eventually moving to 3CX but in the mean time would be great if we could link a self hosted 3CX for use with some ip phones and the 3CX app.

The phones systems do not need to be completely integrated as long as we can call between the 2 systems would be fine.

Have had a look around on the Panasonic maintainable console to see which settings I need to change but at a look end of what needs to be configured?

I’ve read some posts about setting the Panasonic as a slave and the 3CX being a master but that’s all the information I been able to find

Thanks In advance

It all depends on what the Panasonic system is capable of doing. If you can program another SIP trunk, you may be able to get it to register to a master Bridge trunk on 3CX.

This will allow the Panasonic to end calls to 3CX. You will, of course have to set 3CX to accept the digits sent. The other direction might be a bit trickier as the Panasonic will have to accept an Invite with a destination, not just a "ringing call". If the Panasonic allows the registration of standard SIP sets, you may be able to register a 3CX SIP trunk to one (or more) extension(s) for calls to the Panasonic. Of course, all calls would appear to be originating from that/those one extension(s).
