Integrating 3CX live chat with CRM

I recently added the 3CX live chat to our website and it works fine, but I will like to find out if the chat records can be integrated into our CRM so that all information and records about a lead or contacts are stored in the same place.

No idea and no there's not. Live chat protocol is all encrypted between PBX and plugin.
