integrating web chat with 3CX

Hi Community,

I'm looking to integrate a chat from my company's website with 3CX PBX system, and wondering if this is doable. The idea is that when people access my website, they can initiate with our customer service agents.

Outside chat within 3CX PBX is not possible

Please note that this is currently not possible as Saqqara mentioned, you can however create a feature request in our ideas section of the forum where it can be upvoted by other users and evaluated by the appropriate department.
