We have used the 3CX CRM template generator and got this loaded into the system.

The email lookup works as we expect but the number lookup which is what we need the most isn't working.

Currently when testing we are getting the below

We have spoken to the CRM company and they advised it needed to be in the format of 44 number which we tested with and no luck.

Any ideas or suggestions?
