Integration popup on call connect instead of any call

Right now we have a 3cx to syncromsp integration setup under CRM integration. We also have the integrated windows app installed. When someone calls in, before the tech even picks up, it pops up a webpage with the customers info. This would be awesome if it didn't do it every single time the call came back around to them in a call queue.

So we are wondering if it's possible to have it popup the webpage with the customers info once the call is connected?

If so, how can I go about doing that? I've looked into changing to the "Auto launch a custom contact url using variables" but I'm not sure how I can get ContactID into a variable to run the URL: https://mydomain.syncromsp.com/customers/%ContactID%

For this you can simply select "Connected" where it says "Notify when". This should have the URL only launch if the call is connected:

That said, you will have to use on of the two to match the correct contact.
