I was planning to integrate to m365 but wanted to confirm certain inquiries.
1. impact on users before vs after M365 connect (under integration Tab)

2. Rolled out 3cx package through Intune , what can we add in package or script to automatically client app connects to my company domain , so that user only have to put their M365 credentials and login.

I suggest you make this question using that account in the correct forum section in order to get more responses.

In general, once you connect m365 users with the same email on 3cx and m365 will be able to use m365 login.

The latest windows app supports m365 SSO.

Thank you for your response. I just wanted to confirm 1 last thing when the migration is complete user still has to open the application and enter the company domain is it possible to get script or code which we can run from intune for the users for it to automatically be connected to our domain?
