Hello

I had Office 365 contacts integration sync working like a charm for months.
Suddenly, it seems that I do not have my new/modified contacts showing in 3CX

I went into Settings / Office 365 / Configure, and it's showing "Status OK. Real Time Notifications to Office 365 and back are working. This means that changes from Office 365 to 3CX will be updated"

But when I clicked "Signin to Office 365" and connected with my account, I got an error :

AADSTS700016: Application with identifier '4dee7795-041f-48a0-b562-7x667d8e9ec7' was not found in the directory '2c242ca0-cfca-4814-9497-9c0adef3deb6'. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant. You may have sent your authentication request to the wrong tenant.

Is it because I've activated MFA/2FA on my Office 365 account?

Of course in the post I did change the identifers shown in the error

Try simply reconfiguring the integration as well as verify the permissions you gave the app in Office Dev Center.

Permissions expected are: Calendars.Read, Contacts.Read, Directory.Read.All.

I'll try to re-do the steps

OK I did the steps again. Is there a way to force a sync now? And a log of the results somewhere?

It does not work.
What I understand is that this feature does not work anymore if your Office 365 has MFA activated.
Not yet implemented I suppose...
