Hi,

I am new to 3CX and my requirements are simple. We have developed a CRM in C# that we use internally in our office. We have 3 extensions simple system where operators receive calls using FXO via Freepbx and feed caller information in the CRM. We want to somehow modify the system so that:

1. When a new call is incoming, our CRM should receive some sort of event or network message about this new incoming call with caller ID to be displayed in our CRM

2. When the call ends, our CRM should receive some sort of event or network message so that we can finalize the records pushing to database based on this event

3. Our agents should be able to blacklist any caller id from our CRM

4. We should be able to playback recorded files right from our CRM

Can someone from 3CX confirm if all this is achievable if we switch to 3CX?

1. When a new call is incoming, our CRM should receive some sort of event or network message about this new incoming call with caller ID to be displayed in our CRM
You can configure the Web Client or the 3CXPhone for Windows client to open an URL in a new browser tab in your agent's PC, when they receive an inbound call. This way you can notify the caller number when the call is ringing or when it's answered by your agent.

2. When the call ends, our CRM should receive some sort of event or network message so that we can finalize the records pushing to database based on this event
This should be implemented via a CRM template, and the Call Journaling feature, which happens when the call ends. More information here:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/crm-integration/

3. Our agents should be able to blacklist any caller id from our CRM
You can blacklist numbers from the 3CX Console > Settings > Blacklisted Numbers, but you can't do this remotely using an API.

4. We should be able to playback recorded files right from our CRM
I don't understand what you mean by this, can you please elaborate a bit more explaining the scenario in more detail?
