Integration with Senta practice management

Guys,

I know there is a CRM-Template-Generator, which should in theory allow integrations with any 3rd party CRM.

However, just thought to check if anyone had any real experience integrating 3CX with Senta (or Senta practice management to be precise).

Did it work seamlessly? Any issues I should know about before attempting?

Please share your experience and give some tips.

Small correction: any CRM that has a REST API. Windows-based CRMs don't work.

If Sentra has one, integrating shouldn't be too hard.

Thanks for correction. As far as I know, Senta is a cloud-based CRM and already integrates with various 3rd party solutions, including Zapier. So I presume it has a REST API and should work.

Just thought to check if anyone here already had any real-life experience integrating it. Trying to assess whether I would need to hire some IT consultant to do the work, or it can be done by an accountant (myself), following 3CX's step-by-step guidance?

That would indeed make sense that they have one!

If you are savvy with tech and can read a REST API docs, yes you can do it.

If you wish to hire someone for this, we do this kind of integration every week!

That looks like a REST API you can use. You can try following the instructions here:

Or hire a third party to do this for you.
