I need to create an integration with 2 CRM (HubSpot and Zendesk) where the client calls and when the agent answer will it should appear the name of the client and two buttons one that links to the page on hubspot other that links to the page on zendesk. It is possible to do?
I tried to make the XML but didn't work properly.

Hello Gabriel,

The server side engine only lets you provide an integration with a single CRM. You can't have 2 buttons to open the link in 2 CRMs...

What you need can be done in a different way, however it's a bit more complex than creating an XML template. You would have to create a plugin for 3CXPhone for Windows using this API:
https://www.3cx.com/call-center/crm-integration/

Then, your plugin DLL will be loaded by 3CXPhone. When you receive an inbound call, your plugin will receive a notification with the caller number, and you can trigger the lookup in both CRMs, and when you have the links you show a dialog with the 2 buttons you need.

Kind regards.

+1 for multiple CRM integrations

+1 for the ability to specify a trunk against a particular CRM
for example,
1 trunk > office365
1 trunk > zoho

The problem is, from what I read in order to use the dll plugins the user must use 3CXphone for windows, but the issue is, not all people here use Windows, some use linux and Mac, (using the web client)

Yes, that's a problem then... Please consider suggesting these new features in the 3CX Ideas forum.
