Integration with web-based application

Hi all,

I would like to explore possibility to add one-click button plug-in in our client's web application (.NET based) to contact customer using 3CX.

I saw several links as follows:

It is written there that only in 3CX Phone system 12 standalone version this http api is available. And furthermore, in the edition comparison, the feature to integrate with any 3rd party web-based CRM is only available in PRO version.

Can I confirm from the people here that this is the case (that this API is not availablle in the free version? Since I need to propose to our company's procurement site. Thanks

Hi there,
Yes as mentionned in those pages, HTTP API, CRM API, tel protocol integration are only available in the pro edition.
TAPI driver integration is available in both standard and pro.
