Integration with Zoho crm

Hello,

We have setup an integration between 3CX and Zoho. When we click on TEST, it works fine if the phone number already exists in Zoho.

When we enter a number which does not exist, we get the error message : Unknown expression: Name. Part: Name

How are you configuring the contact creation part in the 3CX Console > Settings > CRM Integration? What values are you setting for the default name to create?

The problem is in the "New Contact First Name". That [Name] there is considered a variable, and this variable doesn't exist. So change that to remove the brackets, and it will work.
