Issue:
When using the intercom function in 3CX it opens two lines, one to the phone I want to use as an intercom and the other to the PSTN line.
I use outbound rule digit 9 to enable the PSTN direct calls, and obvious this clashes with the intercom function 9<extension>
Fix (suggesting)
When 9 is outbound rule, check for the digits dialed and if same as extension digits length use intercom otherwise dial out.
(something like that, or disable 9 as part of the ability of outbound rule).
