Guys I've not a lot of systems I have access to the extensions for testing.
On my test server today, I noticed and duplicated several times, that even if an extension has Can intercom rights, if they don't also have Can see group members, then the intercom call arrives to the destination as a regular ringing call and does not auto answer.
Maybe some of you could test this to see if it's a bug.
All my extensions in default group. These extensions that cannot intercom are User rights. User rights have can intercom but do not have Can see group members.
These extension intercom calls are treated as regular ringing calls.
In explicit rights for an extension, I gave Can see group members and they could then intercom. Tested this with a couple of extensions.
Restarted services, same behavior.
Applied Can see group members to the default group Users, and just as the explicit right had done, now they can intercom.
